Source code can be installed from https://github.com/apgeo/silexgis

It can be installed in a LAMP (Linux), WAMP (Windows) or any other operating system on which you have a web server with PHP and a MySQL server.

Minimal requirements are:
PHP >=5.6
MySQL >= 5.5

The PHP process needs write rights for a few directories where files are uploaded.
